  SPINACH AND JALAPENO SPICY GRILLED FISH



Its been such a long time that i posted on my blog. But trust me the recipe that i have come is definitely worth the wait ( lol, i know no one is waiting! but i am humoring myself with the thought.)


And below is the recipe of  what i came up with and trust me its delicious!

Ingredients

2 pounds of  fresh Basa fish fillet

Marinate

2 big fistful of spinach baby washed and clean
3/4 jalapeno chopped complete with seeds
4 garlic cloves chopped finely
1 inch long piece of ginger grated finely
1 lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon salt or salt to taste
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 tsp black pepper

The dip
Sour cream dip
salt to taste
black pepper

Sliced red onions with lemon juice

Pls take all the ingredients of the marinate  and put the same in a blender to make a fine paste.
Pat dry the fish fillet and marinate the same for 45 minutes before grilling.


An then grill it on a flat  not stick surface with the stove with very little olive oil on a slow to medium flame and hear the sizzling fish... the same is ready in 6 to 8 minutes.
